MEET CLAIRE

Claire Newcomer is a bodyworker whose practice is rooted in Esalen-inspired massage- a slow, intuitive, integrative approach that treats the body as an interconnected whole. Her work goes beyond addressing muscle tension alone; she listens to the physical, emotional, and energetic layers of the body simultaneously, allowing each session to unfold in response to what the nervous system and tissues are communicating in real time.

Blending therapeutic depth with fluid movement and subtle energy work, Claire creates a space where holding patterns can soften and the body can reorganize itself naturally. Her sessions may include deep, focused work, long grounding strokes, gentle mobilization, and energetic attunement, supporting not only relief from pain and stress but a grounded return to embodiment."
